James Challenger is president of Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., an international outplacement consulting firm. He is regarded as one of the nation's foremost authorities on finding new employment and has frequently been quoted in the nation's media. He graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. Degree and obtained his J. D. Degree from Northwestern University Law School.

GERALD J. SARGENTGlobal Services
Gerald J. Sargent, (Gerry), is an Executive Vice President with the organization and is responsible for both the Houston, Texas Offices and the Global Services Division. With degrees from both the University of Wisconsin and Kent State University, his 25 years as a senior line manager make him a pragmatic problem solver.
